Products for sale
Items bought in the store are not for resale purposes. The miniatures for sale on this website are all delicate items and to prevent them from being damaged, they should not be used as toys. Our products are not CE marked and are not suitable for children under the age of 14. Prices of our items are subject to change. Certain products may only be available exclusively on the Country Treasures show stand at miniature fairs. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We regularly update the list of shows we shall be attending on the events page and blog. Prices of products online may vary from those at miniature shows.
Payment
We accept payment through PayPal and when selling our goods from our shop, we will collect the personal information required to make the online transactions. Such as your name, address and email address. We keep this information private and it is solely used to deliver your products and process payments. Items will be posted upon confirmation and receipt of payment. If no payment has been received within 48 hours then the order may be cancelled. We will aim to process your payment and post your item(s) within the week you make the order (1-3 days). We are only a small home run business so please bear in mind when we are busy (especially around show dates) things make take a little longer.
Postage & Shipping
Items are securely packaged in boxes and/or protective wrapping to keep them safe. We are a UK based business so packages going abroad may take some time, so please bare this in mind when making an order. The price for postage will be indicated in the details of the products in the online shop. All items will be posted UK second class or International signed for with tracking number by Royal Mail. We are not responsible for any items getting lost in the post and always obtain a receipt of postage. If you would like a more secure postal service we do offer the option for a signed for shipping upgrade during checkout. This is advisable for more expensive orders over £20. Items posted within the UK should take approximately 3-5 days where as international orders may take longer. Please allow up to 2 weeks for UK orders and 4-5 weeks for international orders to arrive before getting in contact. Please note that any extra import duties, customs charges or extra payments are the buyer’s responsibility. Some items containing wood, dried moss, lichen, dried flowers are only available to ship within the UK and EU.
Refunds
We do not usually refund items however, if your item is damaged or broken upon arrival please contact us so we can sort out a solution. We really hope you are happy with your item(s)!
